Build-It-Yourself: Woodworking Kits

John and Heather Glasser are the owners of Build-It-Yourself: Woodworking Kits. They are both educators and love to teach, and have brought their teaching experiences to their new business venture.

Opened in 2021, Build-It-Yourself by Jonnyco is a family-owned small-town Canadian company dedicated to providing families with meaningful and educational woodworking experiences, despite not having many tools.  We pride ourselves on designing and creating high-quality craft products that when completed will stand the test of time.

Choose from a growing selection of build-it-yourself kits. All kits have been designed to ensure high-quality finished products. Every kit also comes with an instructional video that will guide you through every step of the building process.

Children as young as 4 are able to complete the kits with adult supervision.

This is a tourism oriented marketplace, to provide a venue for our local small businesses including downtown retailers, makers, restaurants, producers and tourism operators to generate additional traffic online. Haldimand County does not facilitate any of the sales functions, or operational aspects for these vendors. Individual merchants are responsible for the maintenance of their individual stores including website, ecommerce platform, inventory, quality, shipping, payment and accuracy of information.
