The sparkling cherry wine in a bottle and glassBains Road Cider

Bains Road Cider grows a selection of heritage apples such as; Tolman Sweet, Cox’s Orange Pippin and Golden Russet which are combined with Macintosh, Spy and Mutsu to create delicious ciders. Other plantings include black currants, blackberries, Bosc and Flemish Beauty pears, Montmorency sour cherries and a small quantity of old world grapes. As well they use excess fruit from local farmers and fence row produce, that would normally go to waste, to create an interesting variety of hard ciders.
