Fisherville Finest is known for its diverse array of greenhouse-grown produce including organically grown beefsteak tomatoes, English cucumbers, red bell and shepherd peppers, mini melons, basil, parsley, zucchini, a variety of greens, kale, chard, broccoli, onions, garlic, fennel, potatoes, and spinach. Both Cindy and Ron grew up on family farms and are committed to health and sustainability in all they produce. Cindy was inspired by the healing powers of turmeric and ginger and they founded the Canadian Ginger Company and expanded their offerings with these products. In addition, they provide free-range eggs and GMO-free pasture-raised chicken, ensuring that every aspect of your culinary journey is imbued with quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
Fisherville Greenhouses are a part of the community-supported agriculture (CSA) program, where they provide fresh, produce available for purchase in small and large shares, for a ten-week season. In addition to this, fresh turmeric, baby ginger, and ginger herbal tea are also available for purchase. Their vegetables are grown to maintain freshness in a pesticide-free natural environment and they are harvested on the day of delivery. Certain animal products like eggs, beef, and pork are also available upon request.
