Time: Registration starts at 9 am, Plowing at 10 am, and Lunch at 12:30 pm
Classes:
1) Horses – Jointer Plows Walking, Open
1A) Horses – Single Furrow, Riding Plow
1B) Horses – Two Furrow, Walking Plow
1C) Horses – Two Furrow, Riding Plow
2) Tractor – Open to boys and girls 15 years of age and under, one or more furrows. Furrows to measure not less than 12”. Coach
Allowed.
3) Tractor – Open to boys and girls 16 – 21 years of age, one or more furrows. Furrows to measure not less than 12”. Coach Allowed.
4) Tractor – Open, Two Furrows. Furrows to measure not less than 12”.
5) Tractor – Open, Three Furrows. Furrows to measure not less than 12”.
6) Tractor – Haldimand County Resident Only. One or more furrows.
7) Tractor – Open, One Furrow.
8) Antique Tractor – Open, Drag Plows, Two or more furrows.
9) Antique Tractor – Open, Mounted, One or more furrows.
10) Classic Class – One or more furrows, 1959 to 1979.
11A) Reversible Plowing – Antique
11B) Reversible Plowing – Modern
Prizes for Classes 1 through 11 are:
1st = $80.00, 2nd = $70.00, 3rd = $60.00, 4th = $55.00, 5th = $50.00, 6th = $45.00 and all others = $40.00
12 Lawn/Garden – Open to all single furrow contestants 25 x 100 Land. No Opening Split.
1st prize is $50.00, 2nd prize is $40.00 and all other is $30.00 for this class |
